BITTERÁNEO Mediterranean Tentoura Bitters is produced exclusively from natural Mediterranean ingredients - 100% natural bitter extracts of excellent quality and high concentration, for a great performance and intense aroma and flavour. It is based on Tentoura Castro, the traditional Greek liqueur made from natural extracts of cinnamon, cloves, fruits and spices. OUZO CASTRO originated from the fortified village of Agios Georgios Sikousis on the island of Chios and is produced in traditional copper stills from a 100% distillate of anise, fennel and Chios natural mastic, as well as other aromatic seeds. The essence of the distillate, which is rich in flavour and aromas, is patiently collected and bottled without adding sugar.
