Semi-sweet red Vermouth In 1939, our grandfather Panagiotis Hahalis aromatised vermouth with herbs from Chios island and transferred the distillery and his recipe from Chios to Patras, famous for its grape varieties. The sweetness is natural, coming from a fine semi-sweet wine (Rhoditis & Mavrodaphne) aromatised with artemisia, gentian root, allspice, bergamot, saffron (Krokos) and Tentoura Castro’s spice extracts. An innovative product made from 100% natural extracts. It contains Greek honey that boosts its special flavour, and is free from added colouring or sugar.
Aromatised white wine with juniper Junique is a unique combination of white wine and natural juniper extract. An impressive co-existence which gives us a rich, special flavour. The extraction of juniper berries adds an earthy, cool aroma and a slightly bitter flavour. An innovative product made from 100% natural extracts. A result of the cooperation between the TENTOURA CASTRO – G.P. HAHALIS distillery and the specialist bartender Argiris Oikonomakos 17% vol .
