A Medium bodied wine, with a complex nose, where framboise, black pepper, blackcurrant, leather and minerality battle for the upper hand. Lots of smooth and juicy tannins. Very Long length that keeps all the fruits and minerals that were present on the palate. From the unique 2018 harvest , aged in old barriques for 18 months, then bottled in 2020. Drink now, or age for 10+ years. Product of minimal handling, so no additions except sulphites and of course with wild fermentation.">
