Sparkling wine – Xinomavro, Limniona Velvet pink-gold, nervous sparks, and abundant mousse Delicate fragrances with chalky tones pave the way for a stringent impulse of taste: Wild roses strawberries, raspberries. Persistent, high-quality foaming, achieved with a second fermentation in the bottle (methode traditionelle), with small-sized bubbles to travel and carry freshness to the top of the glass, highlighting all the aromatic character of this exceptional wine.

The Κουκουβάγια range includes a white, a rose and a red wine. Our aim is to introduce easy to drink, fruity, aromatic, everyday wines, for the enlightened wine lover. You will enjoy these wines on their own and with your everyday meal. 100% Mataro A rosé wine made from the grape variety Mataro. On the nose there are intense aromas of small red fruits and rose petals, it has a refreshing acidity and pleasant aftertaste. A perfect summer drink! Cheers!!

Grifos 3-Rose A new venture for the winery which began in 2013 was the production of a Rose wine made from a blend of Shiraz and Grenache grapes. Τhis distinctive blend gives the wine a light pink colour with aromas of wild berries and a pleasant refreshing aftertaste. "Grifos 3- Rose" is an easy drinking wine, so it is best enjoyed young at 10-12°C all year round, either as an aperitif or combined with Asian cuisine, pasta or salads.

Kompos is a rose version from Liatiko. For the ultimate expression of elegance, Nikos chose to let Liatiko speak on its own, with a very short maceration period and a three-month maturation with lees contact. The result has elegant color and impressive fruit purity, dressed with discreet floral notes and toffee touches! Just perfect!
